We Love Our New Home !

We are absolutely in love with our new home! Sometimes we have to pinch ourselves to make sure it's real! Not only is our home beautiful, but very comfortable. This is our first home with a pool, and we have found that to be a real focal point and enjoy jumping in any time of day to cool off! We thank Gold Crest for building us such a nice home.   Pine Ridge is a wonderful neighborhood in which to live. We enjoy the spaciousness of the large lots and the privacy around the pool. We have wonderful neighbors and have started becoming involved with many community activities. We are proud of the rolling hills, tall pines, live oaks, and abundant wildlife found in this community.   Citrus County attracted us in the beginning because it was a unique and unspoiled piece of Florida. My Second Gold Crest Home !

It is with pleasure that I take this opportunity to pen this note regarding the long lasting relationship I hold with Mr. Greg Conard and his staff.    I broke ground on my first Gold Crest Home in the Sweetwater Point subdivision of Inverness in 1996. The workmanship of the subcontractor's and the hands-on approach of Greg and his staff sold me then and there! I knew I had a winning team.   Today, I am nearing completion on my second Gold Crest custom home. When considering to rebuild in yet another great neighborhood in Inverness I knew I did not need to look any further than Greg's model  to begin anew. As each phase of our home continues I take delight in witnessing the same familiar standards that make up -that set apart- Gold Crest Homes, Inc. from other contractors of our County.              Thomas P. Even Better than our dream !

Our new home is a testament to the Gold Crest Homes team's claim of being a custom builder. We had a good idea of what we wanted to build, but hadn't worked out all the details. Greg and his staff took the time to not just listen, but really HEAR us as we described the important features we wanted incorporated in the house. Everything we expected and more !

After eleven months of living in the area ( seven in our new home ), we are totally satisfied with our selection of the area and builder. Our home is everything we expected and more. Having never gone through the building process we expected many complications. However, this was not the case. The folks at Gold Crest Homes wanted us to be a part of the construction of our house and during this process, we came up with numerous changes which were never a problem for Greg and his team.
