Originally from Severy, Kansas, President and Owner Greg Conard came to the Tampa Bay area in 1963 and finds the peace and quiet of Citrus County to be most desirable. Greg has been in the construction business since 1973 and is a State Certified Builder, air conditioning contractor and real estate agent. He enjoys all outdoor activities with his two children and wife of 22 years, Jerri. Greg admits to being a work-aholic, but still finds time for fishing, golf, camping, and hunting with family and friends.

Raised on Sanibel Island, Florida, Vice President of Operations Manager Kathy Foulkes has been around family-owned real estate and construction businesses all her life. Having grown up on a remote island, Kathy is especially fond of all water-related activities and wild life. She particularly loves the natural serenity of Citrus County. Kathy spends her spare time preparing gourmet meals for friends and enjoying the county's natural resources with her children and grandchildren.

Construction Manager Joe Lanier offers more than 20 years of home building experience to Gold Crest's customers. Having supervised the construction of hundreds of homes in Citrus County, Joe has a reputation for superb customer satisfaction. Joe spends his leisure time enjoying a variety of water related activities with his family, including boating and water skiing. His children participate in in-line skating races, of which he is their most enthusiastic cheerleader!

Broker David Dyke hails from Houston, Texas. He holds a GBA from the University of Houston with a minor in real estate sciences. David holds licenses in Texas and Colorado as well as Florida and has been a resident of Florida's Gulf Coast for eight years. An avid golfer, David is also a licensed commercial pilot, an antique car buff and enjoys fishing. Citus County is a perfect compliment to his interests!
