Annmarie Riley, pictured here with Sue, has been a chef
since 1992 with 15 years experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently she and her husband owned and
operated their own establishment inside a four star resort located in the Florida Keys. While there, she acquired
first-hand knowledge of operating a business inside an ever-changing, growing community consisting of resort
guests, time-share owners, marina residents, and local club members while receiving numerous accolades.
Annmarie is excited to join the successful Pringle team and
welcomes the opportunity to sharpen and advance her skills. She invites you to take advantage of the
mouth-watering favorites and the new specials created daily at The Crown & Shield Restaurant located at The
Monarch Golf Club inside Royal Highlands.
